I've listened to most of their solo material, and the following list is based on my preferences. 10 songs per artist, in no particular order of preference.
George Harrison had the best solo career; each and every song he wrote after the demise of Beatles are of great quality, both in terms of lyrical depth and brilliance of composition.
Paul McCartney still writes and records, but compared to the huge discography he has managed to produce, the number of noteworthy post-Beatles material is small.
John Lennon started off in a great manner, but lost his track after a while and started producing inferior sounding experimental tracks. He came to his senses and released his last great album "Double Fantasy" only to be shot down and killed brutally.
Ringo Starr is not the star of his own show. It was quite difficult to single out 10 songs from his discography, but I could manage it somehow. Two songs stand out though, It Don't Come Easy (collaboration with George Harrison) and Photograph.
